Loaded with the reminiscences of eight centuries of history, the citadel of Bitche, stranded on a rock millions of years old, calls the lost visitor to meet the ghosts of his past. On the eve of All Saints' Day, every year since 2009, the underground passages of the old fortress, usually so dark and disturbing, become a maze into which it is recommended not to venture...
This year, a Horror Museum…
One night last September, the oracle of wandering souls was heard echoing from the ramparts, confirming the infamous prophecy of the canvas. An official notice from the authorities should appear soon, inviting residents and curious onlookers to flee Bitche. In 2024, thirteen curses will be pronounced. Between October 25 and November 2, They will rage beneath the oozing vaults of the citadel, confusing anyone who ventures there and leading them to nothingness...
The guards of the citadel have informed the authorities of strange phenomena animating the museum's collections. If you dare to follow them, you will dive with them into a mysterious and captivating visit, where every visual and sound detail will carry you to the point of terror.
The thirteen volumes of the citadel's underground passages, each containing relics of their history, seem to have been invested with curses: a garden in the bloody moonlight, a cabinet of curiosities with disturbing experiments, a cursed suit of armor or even a room of severed heads... so manyimmersive horror experiences that will give you a night at the museum you'll never forget.
Digital installation, demonic jumpscare, awkward contemplation, frightening interactivity… The Corridors of Dread, declined in 2024 on the theme of the horror museum, will offer a unique tour route revisiting the history and legends of the citadel and the ancient fortified city of Bitche.

Halloween and more!
And so that this Halloween continues beyond the undergrounds, a cursed village, with its chalets and its inhabitants will be deployed on the upper plateau of the Citadel. There is a small restaurant but also a Halloween party that will liven up the evil evenings!
