SENTIER D'EXCELLENCE 7 - SUR LES TRACES DES SABOTIERS

Beschreibung

There are plenty of things to discover along the clog-makers' trail, including rocks, caves and magnificent views over the village of Soucht. While you're in Soucht, take the opportunity to visit the Musée du Sabotier and discover clogs in all their forms.

This lively, contemporary museum features an impressive collection of clogs. Very useful for agricultural work, clogs were also essential protection for glassmakers. Exhibitions, screenings and demonstrations of mechanical clog-making enliven the site from April to the end of October.

Two picnic areas have been set up at the clogmaker's museum and the Soucht stadium.
