Every item that doesn’t pass the judgement test is destroyed immediately. The products remain a craft and a unique expertise. Certain articles are recalibrated at the last examination because of slight flaws and it is these articles that are saved and sold at the factory counter.

To appreciate the intransigence of the quality manufacturing, you can ask the experts at the counter what is wrong with the item as it is often impossible to see.
