Descriptif
Nestled in the historical Cistercian valley of the Northern Vosges, the Relais des Bois will take you to the heart of the forest with its menu. You will discover the flavours of the forest, game, wild boar marinated in hippocras, venison.
The Relais des Bois also have thematic evening: mussels/chips, büwespätzles…You can also order delicious meals for family parties (foie gras, smoked salmon…).
A vending machine offers a variety of dishes prepared by the chef. It is located on the parking lot of the Bricomarché in Bitche.
