Descriptif

Nestled in the historical Cistercian valley of the Northern Vosges, the Relais des Bois will take you to the heart of the forest with its menu. You will discover the flavours of the forest, game, wild boar marinated in hippocras, venison.

In a friendly rustic atmosphere, you may be tempted to order the famous Monk’s menu, an old recipe elaborated dating back to the 12^th century, followed by a walk around the remains of the old Cistercian abbey.

The Relais des Bois also have thematic evening: mussels/chips, büwespätzles…You can also order delicious meals for family parties (foie gras, smoked salmon…).
